- You must be a current Appalachian Power residential delivery service customer.
- Your residential Appalachian Power account is for an address in the state of West Virginia.
- Application must be submitted within 45 days from purchase date or by January 15th of the following year, whichever comes first.
- You have not submitted another Appalachian Power High Efficiency Furnace Fan Motor rebate within the calendar year.
- Each customer is limited to one High Efficiency Furnace Fan Motor rebate per calendar year.
- The rebate paid will not exceed the purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping and installation charges).
- Rebate eligibility requirements are subject to change without notice, including early termination of this promotion.
